I reported to Safe Security Services yesterday (27th October) that I was unable to gain access to my Chubb safe. It has a combination locking system and I could not remember the combination, the sequence or the procedure. My excuse is that I have not used the safe for over a year - and I am getting too old to have a good memory! Craig Mitchell sent me a quote to resolve the problem - virtually within 8 hours (overnight). I phoned him this morning and said I had received the quote - very promptly - but before embarking on the work could he advise me on the sequence and details of the procedure - which he did. I tried again following his advice and the safe opened first time of trying! thank you Craig for a very professional attitude and a very helpful approach. Excellent service - even if he lost a small contract!
