We hope you’re happy with your Chubb-Safe purchase, however on occasions issues can arise.

Returns

A full refund will be given, subject to the following conditions:-

  • You must notify and return the product within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Product is returned in "as new condition" in original packaging, with all manuals and accessories.

Exception to this rule where we're unable to offer a refund.

  • Professional Installation service charges (either costed or included within the total charge) and any other specialised services.
  • Altered or adapted safes at the customers request, made-to-order items, such as cut keys.
  • Any upgraded chargeable delivery services, but most deliveries are free.
  • Items that have been installed, fixed down.

Additionally please note that we can't always offer a full refund.

  • If your item has been installed we might only be able to offer a partial refund due to the reduce value of the product.

We'll only refund you once we receive your item back and the condition has been checked and verifed, Once a refund has been processed it can take several days to appear on your statement.

Products damaged in Transit?

If your Chubb item is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can register the damage with the courier and if applicable arrange for a replacement unit. Please ensure when submitting a return request that you provide your order number.

We’ll refund you once we receive the returned item. Please be aware the refund can take up to 28 days to
appear on your statement.

Replacements

If the ChubbSafes product is faulty on delivery, we will arrange either a prompt repair, exchange or refund as appropriate, in
accordance with your legal rights.
