The office will be closed from Friday December 22nd, reopening on Tuesday January 2nd 2018.

Orders received on Wednesday 20th December before noon will be despatched (Courier Delivery Products) for delivery to customers on Thursday 21st December. Orders received after Wednesday 20th December, will be delivered in the New Year.

Returns & Refunds


Returns

Customers can return a product (other than goods made to the consumers specifications or personalised) notification must be within seven working days starting from the day after receipt of goods. Customers will receive a full refund including the original delivery cost. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Returning goods; Product returns to Safe Security Services Ltd or our named agent.
Customers returning products themselves - before returning product Safe Security Services Ltd will confirm via email the required shipping address.
Alternatively Safe Security Services Ltd can arrange collection, all costs relating to the collection are payable by the customer.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

1)    Safe Security Services Ltd must be notified before customers returns product, by phone, email, online contact form or letter.
       We will provide you with a unique returns reference number via email or phone.

2)    Product is returned 'as new condition' in suitable packaging, with all manuals and accessories.

Replacements

If the product is faulty on delivery, we will arrange either a prompt repair or exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.

Please note:- All of our products come with a 2 year warranty manufacturers guarantee. 
If a fault (manufacturers fault) occurs after 30 days from purchase date and within the 2 years we will arrange via the manufacturer as appropriate a prompt repair or exchange.
