A Signature is required for all Deliveries.

Which couriers do we use?
Lightweight items (under 60 kgs) carried out by FedEx, DPD and TNT.
Heavy items (over 60 kgs) carried out by specialist delivery companies.
No one in when we deliver?
Lightweight items only (under 60 kgs)
You will be carded by the courier confirming they have attempted a delivery and you yourself will be responsible for liaising with the courier company to rearrange delivery or collect from the depot etc.
We deliver to most UK postal codes including Northern Ireland however certain geographical locations may not be possible due to restricted courier availability. If your delivery location is not listed, please phone or email us and we will provide a quotation.

Products damaged in Transit?
If your delivery is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours so that we can register the damage with the courier and if applicable arrange for a replacement unit.

What is an aborted delivery?
An aborted delivery may occur if we are unable to carry out the delivery, due to incorrect delivery instructions, i.e. when on site, we encounter obstructions on route, inaccessible doorways and corridors, lift is not operational etc. Unfortunately we will charge a surcharge if an aborted delivery occurs due to incorrect information provided.

Safes anchored via the safe fixing holes. Insurers usually insist that cash safes under 1 ton weight are bolted to floor/wall.
Our Installation service is compulsory on all cash safes weighing more than 100kgs.
Site location to provide Easy Access – Any obstructions removed doorways en-route at least 50mm higher/wider than the product.
We reserve the right to charge a surcharge if delivery conditions vary from the information provided on order.
If the site is not easy access please email us and we will discuss an appropriate course of action.
Does my safe require installing?
Security safes have pre-drilled holes in either the base or rear (insurers as a rule stipulate that these safes are bolted down).
Typically fire safes are unable to be bolted down (no fixing points) as pre-drilled holes could affect fire protection capabilities.
Many modern fire safes (document protection) now benefit from fixing points with no adverse affect to fire protection capabilities.
We advise that safes with pre-drilled holes should be installed, thus reducing any risk with meeting insurers requirements.
Can I install my safe (under 100 kgs)?
Lightweight safes we recommend customers self-install and therefore we supply these safes on a drop off delivery service only.

I have under floor heating, can we bolt the safe?
Only if you have an area free from the heating layout otherwise drilling into the floor could cause damage.
Alternatively the only available option would be a chemical fixing (industrial strength glue).
In these situations we would suggest contacting your insurer (if applicable) to confirm a suitable course of action.
