Price Promise
We regularly check our online prices to ensure they remain competitive. However, if you do find a better price online, for the same product and offer, not only will we match the price but we will beat it by 25% of the difference.
Our price promise applies to * online resellers only, companies who operating solely online and is for new products only with the same or equivalent delivery service. We will need to verify the competitor's price via a URL link to the competitor's website. We cannot verify emails or telephone conversations.
We reserve the right to exclude websites from our price promise. A) If they are found to be out of date (i.e. they do not state up to date product specifications or prices). B) * Businesses including B & Q (and others operating a similar business model) i.e. stock limited products at stores and then advertise these deals online, these companies are excluded as they are not a like for like business, i.e. online reseller only.
