DELIVERY TIMES (For mainland UK)
Deliveries and installations are carried out Monday to Friday, as standard between 8.30am and 18.00pm. In the event that delivery time exceeds those stated below, you will be notified.
Delivery Services
Free delivery on all products to mainland UK but with the following exceptions:- Cobra, Duoguard, Proguard, Trident safes and Forceguard Cabinet range.Courier Delivery
Deliveries will be within 3 working days.
By specified courier. (Deliveries are based on front door / reception, ground floor, drop off only; no stair work). Somebody should be present at the delivery address to receive your order, otherwise you will be carded and yourself responsible for liaising with the courier company to reschedule.
Drop Off Delivery
Deliveries will be within 2 - 3 working days
Products dropped off at kerbside outside the property, customer will need to bring item into the property.
Free Delivery / Positioning
Deliveries will be between 5 - 7 working days.Customers will be contacted by the carriage company to confirm a delivery date.
These products will be bought into the property, unpacked and positioned to a ground floor or via lift location (no stair work other than 2 threshold steps).
Chargeable Safe Crew Installation
(for large cabinets / safe bolt downs)A standard *installation is a ground floor or via lift, bolt down (no stair work, except up to 3 threshold steps on entry to premises).
Installation
Installations are between 5 - 10 working days. Customers will be contacted to confirm a delivery date. A standard *installation is a ground floor or via lift, bolt down (no stair work, except up to 3 threshold steps on entry to premises).
Installation :- (Not applicable on Data or Document Safes)
* Installation = bolting down safe via fixing holes located in the base of safe. Insurers generally insist that all cash safes weighing under 1 ton are anchored (bolted down) to the floor. Our Installation service is compulsory on all cash safes weighing more than 100kg.
If the site is not easy access (see below), please email us and we will discuss an appropriate course of action.
Easy Access = All obstructions being removed. Doorways en-route being at least 50mm higher and wider than the delivered item.
We reserve the right to charge a surcharge if delivery conditions vary from the information provided on order.
