DELIVERY TIMES
For mainland UK
Deliveries are carried out between Monday to Friday, usually between 8.30am and 17.30pm. Deliveries or safe installations should be between 1 - 10 working days from date of order. In the event, the delivery time exceeds this, you will be notified.

Free delivery of all products to mainland UK. Exceptions:- Sovereign and Elite safes, Security Cabinet range.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Courier Deliveries

	i) By our specified courier. (Deliveries are based on front door / reception, ground floor, drop off only; no stair work). RECEIPT of GOODS - COURIER DELIVERY. Somebody will need to be present at the delivery address to receive your order.
	Free Delivery / Postioning These products (due to weight) will be delivered and positioned at ground floor location or via lift (No stairwork). Customers will be contacted to confirm a delivery date.

2) Safe Crew Installation (for large cabinets / safe bolt downs)
By our trained * installation safe crews. A standard installation (charge) is a ground floor or via lift, bolt down (no stair work, except up to 3 threshold steps on entry to premises).

Certain UK postcodes are considered geographic extremeties (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, remotes part of Scotland these areas will incur a surchage):- please contact office for price.

Installation :- (Not applicable on Data or  Document Safes)

* Installation = bolting down safe via fixing holes located in the base of safe. Insurers generally insist that all cash safes weighing under 1 ton are anchored (bolted down) to the floor. Installation is compulsory on all cash safes weighing more than 100kg.

If the site is not easy access (see below), please email us and we will discuss an appropriate course of action.

Easy Access = All obstructions being removed. Doorways en-route being at least 50mm higher and wider than the delivered item.

We  reserve the right to charge a surcharge if delivery conditions vary from the information provided on order.
